    Can i unlock 3GS 3.1.3 on baseband 5.13.03 by first jb with spirit and then using ultrasnow

    yes as long as you have a sim card to activate the phone with first so you can use spirit. This will help you with the sim card. iPhone 4 Activation Without Original SIM Card
