cant get thorough this screen!!!!!!!

so i have been stuck at this emergency screen since 3 hrs ... i have tried black ra1n and snow breeeze several times but nothing works.. i dont have the original sim and here they dont sell the phonebook sim card... i have 3g 3.1.3 ..can someone PLZ give me a link or guide me on how to hacktivate this thing?

Put it in DFU mode, then jailbreak it.

k got in dfu mode now trying to jailbreak with spirit...ok spirit just said u need itunes 9 i have 9.1....blackra1n is stuck on waiting for device

Try activating the phone before you jailbreak use this guide to do it this worked for me. iphone 3g 3.1.2

i dont have that in my area.....like i said b4......as for spirit same thing cant detect the iphone

kick it into recovery mode instead of just DFU mode.

btw try using redsn0w 0.9.4 to jailbreak it if the others dont work, sorry dont know much about blackrain/spirit

k did that ...spirit still doesnt recognize...blackrain does ...blackrain does the jailbreak says wait for the reboot...now im stuck at a screen with nothing but a dimmer of backlight thats it

Yes and use 3.1.2firmware in the redsn0w patching even though you restored to 3.1.3 they use the same jailbreak and your phone will be jailbroken on 3.1.3 even though you used the 3.1.2 during redsn0w

for the 3.1.2 firmware when i extract there are many files not like b4 when there was only one...should i select the zip file from redsnow?

nope you will have to re download it so it will be a .ispw file. what browser are you on? get it from

http://appldnld.apple.com.edgesuite....1_Restore.ipsw or anywhere known for firmware files..

i downloaded twice when i extra they become seperated......using firefox

firefox sometimes auto extract's the ispw files use internet explorer or google chrome.

this is wat i have downloaded it from felixbruns... its a zip file when i extract i get many files

look for somewhere that actually gives you the .ipsw file no zip files.... i had trouble with the zip files before i'm pretty sure i just switched browser/diff link and it worked.

see by default even internet explorer thinks its a extract file...is ur a extract file or is it straight forward firmware file
