Iphone 4.0 3G 16Gb ATT - NO SERVICE.

Hey-
pretty self explanatory.
I have a Iphone 3G that i updated to 4.0.1 and then Jail Broke it. After JB i attempted to Unlock using Ultra SNow- which appears to be an issue? Now i know people like to COpy Past- but.. I have base band 5.13.4, and i am unsure if my phone can be Unlocked.

Firmware 4.0.1
AT&T Pre-Paid



I DO NOT HAVE ANY INTENTIONS OF HEARING ABOUT TMOBILE!!!
every thread that asks about ATT some how molds to Tmobile.

Now i am unsure of what other information would be required, other than the 500 guides out there that say the same thing on how to JB/Unlock- but, obviously something is different.
I am hearing a lot of IMEI #'s but would like some facts please. I dont really know where to find the answer.
