iPhoneunlockuk.com claims...
That they have had an unlock for iOS 4.0 now for weeks yet dev-team has not released it because of the known Apple update coming in the coming days. Yet iPhoneunlockuk.com steals it's unlocks from the dev-team...so how do they have an unlock? LOL!

Hes an arsehole my mate paid 30 quid for a 3g unlock 2 days before the ultrasnow came out and when i look on there website there saying that repo666 is there repo!

Read the thread, please quit spamming the same trash on every post. We all know its fake thats why we still are waiting for an unlock and not complaining about how iphoneunlockuk.com didnt work.

You should write Jody and say "but your site says you can unlock ANY iPhone NOW!" Yet he has you waiting? I wonder why lol...dude call your cc company and reverse the charges. The guy is a scammer!

Dayvid is correct. Get a refund, lol, or get it reversed off your cc becauase it is a scam. They have to wait for someone to jailbreak and unlock the iphone 4 so they can steal it and repackage it.

If anyones bought something from iphoneunlockuk.com and hasnt received anything contact nochex on their site and submit a support ticket telling them this and complain (the more people that do this the more likely nochex will stop dealing with them), they helped me get my money back, do this before dev team releases the free software and whilst the site cannot provide you with an unlock otherwise you wont have much to stand on...

Copyright infringement would be the only thing really. Since the Dev Team doesn't copyright the jailbreak, (they give them away for free) really no law is broken.

But are u still entitled to a refund after they keep delaying it (while waiting for dev team to release it)? Can't you dispute it if they don't give you the refund?

I'm also wondering why this site isn't being shut down. Too many people coming to MMi saying they haven't received an unlock NOW.
Even with the new jb coming soon, if they were to send you "their product" which is actually the devs' work, it wouldn't provide an unlock which is what most people are looking for. How are they going to get around not being able to unlock devices when the devs are not working on an unlock yet?
