Question Unable to add ultrasn0w repository on Jailbroke 3G

OK...so I go into Cydia; Manage; Sources; Edit; Add.

Type in repo666.ultasn0w.com and tap "Add"

Cydia begins to d/l all the appropriate files, then runs into three different "Access Denied" errors, plus a couple others.

No Ultrasn0w repo available when Cydia returns, so no way to d/l the Ultrasn0w package.

Could this be due to my modem? 05.12.01 (I think; the phone's being restored as I type...but I know it's not 05.11.xx)

NOTE: Ultrasn0w's URL is definitely NOT repo666.ultrasn0w.com - that URL is not found by Cydia at all.

Ive never had to add a repo to get ultrasn0w.. it's always loaded into one of the default community sources.

Not sure why that's different on my iPhone...

Ultrasn0w is definitely NOT in Cydia today...not on my phone, anyway, and Cydia auto-updates every time I run it.

SSH your iPhone and go to /var/root/Media/Cydia/AutoInstall Copy the .deb file attached to this post there and that just reboot your device

If you dont find the Cydia/AutoInstall folder you can create one

Your method is great but I think it is too complicated for him to do that, add this repo to your Cydia source : repo666.ultrasn0w.com , remember the sn0w is a ZERO not an alphabet O.
