Need to Hacktivate

I bought a used 3gs which was upgraded to OS4, restored to its factory setting, and never jailbroken. Now, unfortunately, I don’t have a AT&T sim as I had planned to use the phone with T-mobile and I am stuck on the activation screen. Is there any way I can hacktivate the phone to get to the springboard? Any help will be appreciated.

Nope, get an official sim card either from ebay or from the official carrier for your Iphone and use it as an expensive Ipod Touch.
