Unlocking Iphone for T-mobile

I currently have an Iphone with the listed specs:

Version : 3.1.3 (7E18)
Model: MB702LL
Modem Firmware: 05.12.01

Now, I have Cydia installed, but I'm trying to use my Iphone with T-Mobile. Whenever I put in my sim card, I unlock my sim card with it's password, and from there nothing happens. I won't have any kind of service or anything. Can anyone help?

You need to install ultrasn0w. Add repo666.ultrasn0w.com to Cydia sources
