unlock gone after reboot 5.12.01

I ahve a 3G with 3.1.3 5.12.01 jail broken with sprit.

I unlocked and it worked fine.

I decided to turn my phone off and when it turned back on the phone is searching for a sim, and the phone is no longer unlocked.

Just wondering why this has happened and if anyone else is having this problem.

Go to Cydia and reinstall Ultrasn0w again and reboot. let me know
