Iphone unlock problem! Please help! :)

Default Problem with my unlock!
Hey everyone,
I'm from Australia and im with the carrier '3' using an 'optus' iphone 3g.
I've jailbroken my iphone with spirit and used ultrasn0w to unlock it. The carrier logo shows on the top left corner but there is no call or msg reception. Whenever i try to call it just goes call failed.

I thought it might have been imei blocked but i tried my mates optus sim card in and it works fine.

I've tried just about everything and am stuck and getting a little frustrated!

If anyone can help me in any way i would be forever grateful

I have the same problem...3GS 3.1.3 on 5.12.01 Trying to use Tmobile in UK. Anyone know what we can do or what we havent done???
