I have iphone 3gs 3.1.3 baseband 5.12.1 i jailbreak it and unlocked it with ultrasn0w my sim work i got signal i can receive calls and sms but cant make calls and my phone lock when i put sim card asking me to connect to itune and go to emergency call only any help please?

I don't quite understand what you're saying but it sounds like you need to jailbreak with redsn0w and then run ultrasn0w and you should be good to go.
