Hello I have a iPhone 3G that I jail broke with redsnow to ios4 every thing workers fine. I am trying to unlock the phone to sell when I went into cydia then manage the sources and the repo666.ultrasn0w.com was already there so I clicked to install ultrasn0w everything worked fine but how do I know my phone is unlocked when I had my old none working sim card in the phone it would say waiting for activation is this normal.
Just put another sim card (that has service and can make calls) and try making a phone call. If doesn't then it's not unlocked. I have a 3G IPhone I can't unlock and have tried numerous times. Good luck!
