ultrasn0w crashes

After installing 4.0 FW and jailbreaking with redsn0w,everything was fine and after installing ultrasn0w 0.93 it was unlocked
but after sometime iphone started crashing.after apple logo it crashes need help anyone,thank you.

I had an issue with ultrasn0w on my 3GS running 3.1.2

I installed it and it crashed while installing. Then I couldn't turn on my phone; it would just be stuck on the apple logo. I was forced to upgrade to 3.1.3 via iTunes
