well few weeks ago i accidently upgraded my iphone 3gs to 3.1.3 and thought it would work fine ... but then i realized my iphone was bought overseas and couldnt not activate without the original sim card. Since my simcard was stole overseas (retarded but anyways) and i need some hacktivation to get rid of the emergency call mode ...

So if any of you guys have clues or methods of getting rid of the emergency call mode ... and you can share it .. then it will be appreciated

n i've heard that 4.0 came out .. so there shud be some new hacktivations for 3.1.3? .. oO just guess nvm

In the meanwhile u can use redsn0w and have a tethered jailbreak + hacktivation

OP's 3gs is on 3.1.3 and redsnow doesnt work with 3.1.3. so stop giving wrong ideas.
