Prolems while upgrading 3gs 3.0 to 3.1.3 (locked att)

Hi everybody!

I had an iphone 3gs with 3.0 unlocked with old bootloader (29 week). I decided to upgrade it to 3.1.3 without upgrading modem firmware. I tried to use custom firmware 3.1.3 which i used many times while upgrading 3.1.2 blackrained 3gs! After itunes installed the firmware it showed error 6 as usually, but i cannot kick the iphone from dfu mode with RSLITE or iRecBoot (mac).

After it i`ve understood that i had to use custom firmware created by pwnage or snowbreeze, but now i tried it and it gives 1600 error after it is "waiting for iphone".

So as i can see now, i have an 3gs with old modem (4.26.??) and new firmware 3.1.3 which cannot load.

Is there any way to make it work and unlock somehow????

Maybe there are any methods to recover 3gs with any firmware except ORIGINAL 3.1.3?
