Restoring Hacktivated/Unlocked/Jailbroken 2G on 3.1.3 to Erase

Ok guys, I'm going to be getting rid of my trusty 2G to probably switch to Verizon before long. To give you some background, I hacktivated, unlocked, and jailbroke it to 2.x last summer, and a couple of weeks ago followed the excellent guide here to update it to 3.1.3/jailbroken and unlocked.

I want to wipe the phone and restore, maintaining my hacktivation and still retaining the ability to jailbreak and unlock so I can sell it. What's the best way to do this? Do I simply do a full restore through Itunes, then follow the guide to jailbreak/unlock? Or will that take away my hacktivation?

You will be hactivating again through the process, so don't worry.
