manually unlock/jailbreak HELP!! 5.11.07

I am behind the great firewall of china and as such they are blocking cydia, rock, Blacksn0w.

I want to restore my phone cause it has a small glitch won't install new apps.

To the meat as before mentioned firewall(grrrrrr) so even if i use r3 to jailbreak my phone i still can't install cyia or access the unlock via blackra1n on the iphone....

we can solve this issue how could i get the pushfix debug in my phone with out connect to cydia.. I have no problem downloading anything i need through demonoid or other p2p methods. Please help!
