jailbreaking 3.1.3 and unlocking

So i followed this.

So I ended up doing the hybrid 3.1.3 / 05.11.07 here...

everytime i edit the firmware with the instructions given then converting to a ispw it says firmware not compatible. I need help.

Zip it all up and rename back to .ipsw..
