    Bought a 3G with 3.1.3 that's got 5.12.01 and can it be unlocked?

    If it has bootloader 5.09+ then you'll need to wait till is 4.0 is out. This will be around 2nd week of June

    Yes, I have 5.09 checked with fuzzy band. I got a 3g paperweight.
