Quick 2g Question
If I restore fresh to 3.1.3 firmware, use Spirit to jailbreak it, then use Bootneuter, will it unlock the iPhone? It's on 4.05.04.
I can't tell whether it's unlocked or not. Sorry. Does anyone know of another way to tell if you don't have an additional SIM card?

Use RedSn0w to JB and unlock a 2G iPhone.

I tried that and Cydia wouldn't pop up.
And I just the method I described above and I have a red dot on my phone icon, does it mean it's unlocked now?

05-21-2010, 09:42 AM #5Um. I just did the redsn0w method. When it got to BootNeuter it said the settings were already there or something. So doesn't that mean my iPhone was unlocked when I did it with Spirit?
