what do you think about my situation.

yesterday I bought a second hand 3GS for very good money. it looks 10/10.
The problem is that it has 3.1.3 and 5.12 baseband, so right now unlockable. also I don`t have the SHSH file saved. It isn't activated or jaibreaked.
I have the possibility to take it back and recover my money, but because it was so cheap (250 euros) and looked so good, I think I can wait a little while for the unlock.
My question is: Is there any possibility that the unlock never comes and I could get stuck with a bricked 3GS?!
What would you do?! take it back or keep it and wait?!

jap I would also keep it! The unlock is not very far away...
And for sure don't give it back if you wan't the money, sell it on ebay and youl get way more than 250 EUR for it..

But still i would wait, you won't get a 3GS for that money again
