    Default how can i have official unlock from o2 ?

    i have 3Gs(Pay&Go) from O2 uk, since July2009
    now stuck in 05.12.01

    can i officially unlock my iphone?

    i heard that i can unlock for £15.
    since i'm not in the uk, i hope you guys tell me what to do
