Unlock 3.1.2 3gs

I have an ihpone 3gs that came with 3.1.2 stock firmware and bb 5.11.07.
I have used blackra1n to jailbreak it and then deleted the blackra1n app (stupidly, thinking I was done) but now I want to unlock it.
How can I get the blackra1n app back on the phone (without restoring 3.1.2 cuz its impossible - tried every guide there is) so I can run blacksn0w?

I have the same problem and it is driving me NUTS!!!! someone please help!!
There has to be a way to simply get blackra1n icon back on my springboard so i can choose the "sn0w" icon to unlock....
