Unlock for Iphone on o2 PAYG or Contract - UK

Hi all

I dont know if anyone knows and if you do please accept my appologises for posting again but on o2 in the UK they are apparently unlocking all iphone (all Models).

After looking on the forums and many website for unlock programs etc, i have given up.

I have found out that they only charge 15GBP to do this.

Its paid either by your top up balance or if your on contract, then its free.

I assume if you did this and had a jailbreak your phone would still be unlocked?

i think that once its been unlocked, it will stay unlocked. Regarding jailbreak, that another thing.
