No signal after jailbreak? Help please

Okay so my iphone got buggy and i had to restore it to 3.12. I blackRa1n'd it but now wifi and internet doesn't work so i cannot unlock it. I have
Baseband 05.11.07
Bootloader 6.2

people say it's jailbreable and unlockable but it isn't working. What do i do?

I'm sorry for posyign this a second time but i really dont know what to do. Is my iPhone useless?

Restore your phone again and jailbreak it again. You might want to try downloading another 3.1.2 ipsw (from a different source than where you got it before) and using that instead. If that doesn't work, try an already hacktivated custom firmware (Google, you'll find it for sure) and restore to that.
