Jailbreaking HELP!

Well my phone started to reboot randomly so i restored it to 3.12 firmware (by clicking shift and then restore then manually picking the same firmware i used previously). I want to re-jailbreak it with Blackra1n but every time i run it in my windows 7 it states that .dll files are missing then when i click make it rain the program just freezes and shuts down.

Am i doing something wrong?
