Moving from 3.1.2 to 3.1.3?

Ok, so I was intelligent enough NOT to upgrade to 3.1.3 as soon as it came out, despite having battery issues. I have 3.1, 3.1.2 and 3.1.3 on file, but I'm still using BB5.11.07. I'm looking to upgrade to 3.1.3 and keep BB5.11.07 and I'm on windows. I know that Pwnagetool will give me a custom 3.1.3 firmware with old BB, but I'm not sure about Redsn0w or sn0wbreeze. I think I read that you can't do it with redsn0w (think they said to use pwnagetool, which isn't an option on windows) but wasn't sure about sn0wbreeze. I need to preserve the possibility of unlocking, even though I'm on ATT (considering selling the 3gs). I'm also on the older bootloader or whatever (untethered). Thanks.

okay:

Dont try it with redsnow as it requires you to update to the official 3.1.3 over iTunes

Pwnage works fine

And Snowbreeze is pretty much the same thing (it creates a custom fw which doesn't upgrade your bb)
