Okay so I know that there's no current Unlock for the BB 5.12.01, and I accept that, I got my iPhone mid contract from a friend for 150 bucks, im happy just to have one, so ill deal. I was looking at tethering, and im basically planning to Jailbreak for it, because AT&T is pissing me off with their ********. I know there's an exploit in the 5.12.01 BB and i know they're working on, or have an unlock already, and are waiting until OS 4 is released, so Apple can't put in a quick fix. I also read, and i have no idea where because I've read SO much information and half of it contradicts itself, that you can't unlock after Jailbreaking. there's a big chance I just read it wrong, and it was saying that you can't unlock it currently, but you can Jailbreak, so I'm just gonna ask, If i Jailbreak my 3.1.3 3G, can I still unlock it if or when they release an unlock for the newest BB?
