3gs 32 gb black 5.11.07 need help unlocking

So, I have looked at a few things and im only asking because I have been failing.

I first tried to restore to 3.1.2 and it kept saying that itunes cannot do it. (i have a pc and a mac, tried both)

SO AFTER MANY ATTEMPTS OF MANY THINGS

I made a custom firmware using pwnagetool and cannot get black rain to work for me to unlock it.
So i now have a working jail broken phone. however the unlock cannot be done(?)
basically, I just want an unlock. any way possible. thanks in advanced!

If you have the old bootrom you can use a CFW 3.1.2.
Plz try to flash it in iTunes over SHIFT+Restore.
iPhone in Restore-Mode.
In Cydia you can install blackra1n.com and install blacksn0w.
If ya iPhone freezes using blacksn0w i have a fix for that.
