How can i check if my iPhone is Factory Unlocked?

Its currently Jailbroken and i do not want to restore it which will cause everything to loose.

Did you buy the phone used? You said it's only jailbroken right now... if you're not using it unlocked why would it matter if it's factory unlocked or not? If you bought it new then I think you'd remember getting it factory unlocked.
