When do YOU expect the Unlock and Jailbreak for 3.1.3 BB 5.12.01 ??

I'd rather have a rough idea because I've been checking the forums every few hours.

I'm sure a lot of us can't live without our iPhone. I for one, will definitely be donating a lot more this time when the unlock and jailbreak is released.

Nobody knows...there are alot of threads on here for "quessing".

Checking every few hours, sounds like you want it pretty bad....I'd sell what I had and buy one I could work with if it was that bad.

Just kidding. It is a strategy thing. The 3.1.3 and the baseband that came with it were a decoy to bring out the exploit so they could fix it in possibly the new devices; iPad, iPad 3G, and 4G. They knows what they are doing.

I do feel for those that did do the "accidental" update though.

i for one cannot wait! i got rid of T-mobile for AT&T for the iphone and later to find out that it cant be jail broken! iv had this phone for over a month! and im DYING TO JAILBREAK IT! but i keep hearing soon!

Haha, I bought a 3G which was 3.1.3 from a friend which was Orange locked a few months back. I'm on 3, have been waiting for ages to make a difference between my iPhone and iPod - all the iPhone is at the moment is a heavier version of my iPod.

With the iPad's release, and it being on 3.2, I think it won't be long until 3.2 is released for iPhones (possibly a few days) and this will hopefully mean the unlock is released with it!

I sold my new 3gs for a used one with 3.1.2 a few days ago, I wasn't gonna wait and I heard it would be a while from multiple sources. Though you never know, could come out tomorrow, I highly doubt anywhere within the next few months though.

3.1.3 is able to be jailbroken!! I had to restore my iPhone a few weeks back and iTunes makes u update to 3.1.3!! I jailbroke it after doing a restore, the only thing u can't do is UNLOCK it to use on a different carrier... Jailbreaking vs. Unlocking r two different things...
