Hi I have an iphone unlocked already on the 3.0 version and on the 04.26.08 bootrom... its been running slow on everything... so I read its best to do a backup and restore on it. I was thinking of also updating to the newest firmware whichever one is unlockable still since i am on tmobile. please advise on the best way to backup my movies thats downloaded from mobiletheatre and best way to update to newest unlockable version of firmware. and which one is the best to jailbreak and unlock the firmware. thanks in advance guys.
3g on tmobile already jailbroken and unlocked... mainly needing to restore I guess without losing all the downloaded stuff and maybe upgrade at the same time. since the phone is extremely slow now vs before.

I'm in the same situation but have a 3GS unlocked, with 3.0.1 (7A400) and 04.26.08. Would like to update the firmware but must keep it unlocked. Thanks...
