3GS 3.1.2 baseband 05.12.01 unlock not working

I have this 3GS that was working properly.
Then, it froze for some reason and didn't want to come back.
I got it to Itunes and it ruined it. Ended up with 3.1.3 and 05.12.01.
So, I could get back to 3.1.2 thanks to cydia.
Now I get no signal.

Please help!

You updated the baseband, there is NO unlock for the 05.12.01 baseband right now. Have to wait it out

Iphone battery died and then locked up and had no choice but to reload 3.1.3 / 05.12...geeezzz. I then found this company website that said they can do it. Can they?? Here is their email message to me;

Don't do it that baseband cannot be unlocked yet. They will not deliver and when that baseband can be unlocked it will be on the front page of almost all iPhone related websites.
