my iphone 3gs new bootom 3.1.2 which is unlocked and jailbroken is in a connect to itunes loop and blackrain nor redsnow nor any other software have been able to start it up agian.. it just turns off when i run these probrams.. anything i can do? i need to stay unlocked and jailbroken.. i don't care if i have to restore, which most likely i will need to,..anything i can do?
All i tried to do was download Enable MMS and Thethering from the Sinfuliphone Repo on Cydia..and after the installation i pressed reboot cuz thats what cydia said.. and when it reboot it reboot to connect to itunes.. which is normal since i knew my iphone was a thethered jailbreak so normally i just run itunes and i'm back at the homescreen but when i ran it to boot up after this.. it flashed for like 1 millisecond and then turned off while blackra1n on the comp said the procedure was over..when i turned the phone on..it was back at connect to itunes..and same thing again and again.. i even tried redsnow and irecovery and ih8 to see if it would do anything just so i can get back to the homescreen.. i'm currently UNLOCKED AND JAILBROKEN at 3.1.2 with 5.11.07 bootloader and want to avoic upgrading to 3.1.3 at all cost cuz im using tmobile... any help thanks..
Anyway i can restore to 3.1.2 without having saved SHSH on cydia... i did click make my life easier but after apple stopped signing the 3.1.2 frimware...is there any costum frimware i can restore to to save my baseband which i can unlock at 3.1.3? Also i still have warranty on this phone til march of next year... can i go to apple and can't they give me a iphone 3gs thats on 3.1.2?
Apple stores will almost 100% have all their phones on 3.1.3 but there have been a very few lucky ones. You can only use a custom firmware if you have the old bootrom.
