Unlock Iphone 3g 3.1.3 with BB 5.12.01 and BL 6.02

Im stuck and cannot find any way to unlock my phone. It is a iPhone 3g with Baseband 05.12.01 and Bootloader 6.02. I tried fuzzyband to downgrade the baseband but it will not work with my bootloader. Can anyone help me get it unkocked? Thanks

How did you downgrade?, i have version 06.02 if i can downgrade that it would be great!

5.12.01 baseband cannot be unlocked at the present time. Bootloader cant be downgraded by fuzzy unless it was on 5.08 or below before you upgraded, and that is a rare thing. And you can downgrade your firmware easily regardless of what your baseband is.

means i have 3.1.3 firmware and 05.12.01 and BootLoader 06.04 LOL
so any one can guide me how can i downgrade 06.02 lol

got the same problem and it seems there is no way to downgroade if i have 06.02 or unlock my iphone.

I also have the same problem. I jailbroke 3 months back and changed the carrier. It was a tethered jailbreak due to new bootrom. I had to restore it as the iphone kept restarting when did a reset network settings. My baseband is Baseband: 05.12.01 and version is Version 3.1.3(7E18).

Please help.. !! I downloaded 3.1.2 and tried restoring, but it didnt work.It said, This device isn't eligible.Is there any way out ?

Any bootloader after 5.08 cannot be downgraded. Baseband 5.12.01 cannot be unlocked. Everyone is STUCK at the moment but the unreleased jailbreak for the iPad will jailbreak (untethered) all devices so this is the first step.

i was on 3.1.3 with 05.12.01 and 5.09 bootloader and have downgraded to 3.1.2 and now have a jailbroken but locked phone. I've spent the last week searching every website, forum i can and the one common thing i've found is that noone has found an unlock for 05.12.01 unless you've got 5.08. Does anyone have an idea when this will get sorted cuz i'm phoneless at the moment and it's worse than loosing a limb!

I thought Fuzzyband can downgrade your baseband from 5.12.1 now as long as you have bootloader < 6 (ie 5.09 or 5.08).

Looks like those of us with BL 6+ are waiting though. Hey, maybe instead of waiting I'll just sell it as a jailbroken ATT iPhone, that's $350.

Its been like more than 15 days and we are still waiting for the unlock for the:
Iphone 3G
3.1.3
Baseband 5.12.01
Bootloader 5.09

Anybody knows if the time to wait is for something special or because the dev team dont want to lose the exploit to use it for the release of the firmware 4.0?

i'm not sure about the thing called thunderst0rm i mean people say they're fake but they have their own site, twitter and stuff i mean why would they waste all their time to be hated by all the people that have hope, its supposed to come out the 23rd which for me is tomorrow so i can't wait to see if all this was bull.it or if it was real

@michal2648 don't you think it would get here about 3 seconds after it worked somewhere else? And not to question your unyielding trust of the internets but there are twitter feeds and websites for people claim to regrow your hair in 2 weeks, but that doesn't mean that they gel they sold me actually worked instead of just burning my scalp and turning my urine black. The best fix is to buy a used 2G and survive with that for a few more months/weeks.
