Unlock Iphone 3g 3.1.3 with BB 5.12.01 and BL 6.02

haha no i have an iphone 3G & Nokia.. end of June??
oh no... crap.. i want to use it now..
is it possible to unlock by removing a hardware? i saw this being done on youtube..

I just went down to this computer mall near my house, and they were able to donwgrade my iphone 3G baseband 05.12.01 to 05.11.07. P.S (my bootloader is 6.02)
Now I'm able to use my phone using my old sim card. I'm really really happy.

For those who thinks its not possible, but its possible.

So what i did first was, downgrade my 3.1.3 to 3.1.2 but the baseband remained 05.12.01.
Then they opened up my iphone, I'm not sure what they did but after half an hour, i was able to get a signal on 3.1.2 and the baseband went back to 05.12.01.

so for those needing their iphone 3G and 3GS 3.1.3 and cant downgrade their baseband using fuzzyband cuz of the bootloader is 6.02, i've jst done it.

i would advice you to do it yourself cuz it looked quite complicated.. i would get it professionally done, im sure they will help u out..

Hmm ok . Not sure cos the entire google says nothing can be done against the 6.02 to unlock and to my knowledge you are the only one who has actually achieved it :-) Anyways happy for you :-)

thankyou, yeah i googled all night last night as well..

btw I live in China, and they said its a really common problem and they deal with like thousands of problems just like me but they can do it.

Phew I wish I could fly to China to fix this . I am so desperate :-( I got a new 3g from US and its locked to At&T .If you get to know any more info please do pass it so that I can try . Thanks again

Consider it as a vacation in China or Vietnam, atleast you have an excuse to tell your Boss, " I need to go to China and get my Iphone fixed ".....LOL

you can always DHL me your phone and and DHL it back for a little fee if u guys really need it.

DO NOT SEND YOUR PHONE EVER TO AN UNKNOWN SOURCE!!!!!! There are no unlocks for 5.12.

hahaha, if some feel like it's safe to send your iphone to China and get it fixed and receive it back after few days... muahahahhaha, then send your iphone. but let us know how many days later you've received your iphone back.!!!

lol you don't have to send it, just come here, ill can give you the address to the place. Good luck to you all who's iphone will probably be stuck being a worthless iPod.

my advice is, sell it before the 4G comes out then if you cant trust me

Oh Yeah!, you can send your Apple Iphone to China for repair but when they send it back, it will be the China Made Iphone ....LMAO....
