Will there eventually be an unlock for 3.1.3?

i am scared because as u may no i am only fourteen and if my parents found out my iphone does not work i will be in trouble. i am just wondering will the unlock eventually come out because i really need it...

no there will not
the unlock is being saved for a more important update like 3.2 or 4.0
btw were the same age
