i'm stuck with 05.12.01 on a 3GS, for a long time :(

What shall i do guys? DevTeam doesn't want to release their unlocking tool for 3GS on 05.12.01 baseband, i'm shocked, it never toke that much time to unlock, is there any hidden news that we dont know? shall i keep waiting or shall i buy another device or what? please help guys, i'm totally down.

Buy another one It could be months before an unlock is released IF it is ever released.

who can we contact to assure us? i mean we are all guessing here, but if we contacted an admin or one of MMI devteam i think they might help us or at least give us a time line.

The Dev Team does not "not want to" release anything, they are being practical. They will release an unlock when FW 4.0 is released. They are holding back until 4.0 release because they don't want Apple patching up the exploits they plan on using so for those of us who have not upgraded on accident can enjoy the unlock without much wait. Wouldn't it be wonderful if we can all enjoy the new major FW and an unlock immediately rather than waiting a month or two for a new exploit to be found? 3.1.3 just isn't worth the effort as 4.0 would be.
