iphone 3GS custom 3.1.3 bootloader 05.11.17 trying to unlock?

i have an iphone 3GS with custom 3.1.3 installed. my baseband is 05.11.17.
i try to do an unlock of my baseband but it does nt work very strange!
i m using blackrain via cydia but everytime i install blackrain cydia hangs and i have to power off the iphone. than i just see the apple logo...
is there any other way to do this?

im gonna say if ur shsh file is stored , then restore ur 3GS by pointing iTunes to cydia servers instead and reJailbreak...now if its shsh file isnt stored, just try to blackra1n again and try try again
