I have 3g ...5.12 baseband, bootloader 5.09....3.1.3 firmware...can it be unlocked???????

Man this is a very unfortunate problem, but atleast by June 7 we will be seeing new unlocks.

OS 4 is anticipated to be released on June 7. Unlock for the new baseband could take a couple days or a week or two. Depends I suppose.

Hey Anniex, did you use CFW on your iphone, I think Blakra1n is compatible with cfw on old bootrom but not spirit jailbreak. Originally Posted by Anniex423

I dont use custom fw's. I use stock cuz I can downgrade my baseband. Custom fw's are already jailbroken so you wouldnt need to run Blackra1n right?
But yeah only old bootrom 3GS phones should run Sn0wbreeze cuz it doesnt work on the new bootroms.

That is correct CfW is already jailbroken, After the 3.0 jailbreak with Redsn0w, i started using CFW > 3.1.2 > 3.1.3 > probably 4.0 too.. Originally Posted by Anniex423

i don`t think anyone can unlock 5.12.01 right now you can only jailbreak it but not to unlock it i`m working on it to hard every nihgt and i hope i will have good news soon

there SHOULD be an unlock when the iPhone 4 comes out (June 24th) so idk where that guy came up with june 7th cause that is a lie, like the cake lol. Also, i get the info from twitter and MuscleNerd

iPhone 3G fully jailbreakable and unlockable up to iOS 4 via Redsn0w as preferred jailbreak tool and Ultrasn0w as unlock.
iPhone 3GS with old bootrom and pwned before are jailbreakable up to iOS 4 with varying tools. Redsn0w is a good option. Unlock remains as Ultrasn0w.
iPhone 3GS with new bootrom or never jailbroken before or both have no options to jailbreak and unlock at this time.
iPhone 4 remains stock at this time.
