Not sure where to post this question so with this part being to do with after the iPhone is unlocked/jailbroken, i thought I'd post in here, (feel free to move the post to the place if I shouldn't have posted here)

my question is, this I********s, is it safe and free to download the apps/games etc?? cos without realising I got carried away with how great the iPhone is and downloaded a few things and not noticed the price at the bottom of each app,

I read somewhere that it doesn't cost, the price is just there to show you how much you would have paid for the app, game, etc.. is this true??
