You can unlock anything that is the following (to get there you go, Settings->General->About) Version 3.1.2 or less, Modem Firmware 05.11.07 or less. Blackra1n/Blacksn0w can unlock any version or less mentioned.
^^Be careful, since 3.1.3 and 05.12.xx is the latest release, many (or most) are likely to already be updated --- and that is BAD!!!
