Iphone 3gs 3.1.2

Hi,
I have iphone 3gs 3.1.2 have not upgraded it.I am unable to install the 3rd party applications through my computer ...every time I do so I get an error and nothing gets uploaded on the iphone what shall i do?

Paid apps? like app store apps? if your question is how to install cracked/pirated apps, this is not allowed on this forum. You would have to seek your answers elsewhere.
