Grey WiFI, can not unlock with custom firmware

Here is my scenario,
My iPhone 3G 3.1.2 was working fine without wi fi (no wifi).
On February 3 I thought I restore my iPhone I did not know, that time apple release new os 3.1.3
So got locked.
Now I have OS 3.1.3 BB 05.12.01
I try to do restore on custom firmware with Pwnage Tool but did not work cannot install SSH even with cyder or PC Suite for iPhone.
But I manage to put fuzzyband downgrader on my iPhone with custom firmware now when I run fuzzyband downgrader It just get stuck on Querying Modem and after few second it will go back to home screen without any message.

So any advice.

try it many times. few times before restore and few times after restore.

so no one knows what to do.

still no help ok
Now i will open iphone and try to fix WIFI with hardware because if i have wifi than unlocking might be possible.
any idea on this.
