please lend a hand

i had my jailbroken unlocked iphone stolen, so i got a new one its jailbroken and unlocked, heres the problem, my mom passed away in october and 4 of her pictures were on that phone that was stolen, they were backed up early feb in itunes . is there a way i can restore this new phone and use the back up in itunes that had those pics, without restoreing with the new 3.13 and jailbreak and unlock this new phone with all my old phones old info mainly the pics. i have read holding down shift using pc will let me pick the back back up. any help would really be appreciated i tried sync that didnt do it

I would try this before you mess with the firmware. When you connect the phone to itunes, and on the left it says Devices and shows the phone, right click on the phone and select restore from backup.

A box should come up with a drop down allowing you to select which date you want to restore.

See if that works.
