unlocked/jailbroke iphone 3g must upgrade how?

I curently have a iphone 3g running on 2.2 that i must upgrade, but am not sure how to go about it. the phone is already unlocked and jailbroken. i need to update sofware cause i can no longer download from app store cause of the version am running. please help

Please do some research before posting. There are A LOT of threads on this topic. Here's a few guidelines for you though:

1. Download 3.1.2 FW, Google it or check MMi in Downloads section.
2. SHIFT+RESTORE (OPTION FOR MAC) and choose FW you downloaded.
3. Jailbreak with Blackra1n from Blackra1n.com
4. Unlock with Blacksn0w that comes with Blackra1n
5. Need a guide on Blackra1n/Blacksn0w? Google it, you'll find plenty of guides/tutorials.
