    is it possible to only unlocked my iphone 3gs (free) without jailbraken it? how?

    yes but it has to be factory unlocked and apple makes it take so good luck. but itneeds to be jailbroken.
    but if u just want to unlocked u can jailbreak it and just install the unlock program
