3G Unlocked, T-Mobile, NEED TO RESTORE!! Steps?

I have a 3G that was purchased new at Christmas. I broke/unlocked it with Blackra1n/snow. The other day I tried adding the tethered option through Cydia and now many of my apps quit when launched.

I need to restore the phone. I don't want to mess up my unlock!

Can someone post exact steps in the order that I need to do? I want to make sure I get everything back and that I am still able to use T-Mobile.

restore thru itunes
go to blackweather and download blackra1n
opeen it up and click make it ra1n when its deone rebooting on ur homescreen theyll be a blackra1n icon, open it and install cydia and blacksn0w
