    Default Redsn0w after PwnageTool

    I used PwnageTool to JB my 3G on 3.1.2 when it came out a few months ago. I didn’t think I would ever need to unlock, but now I do.

    Can I use redsnow beta that just came out to unlock? Or do I need to restore and re-jailbreak with redsn0w to use redsn0w to unlock?

    You could probably use ultrasn0w from cydia to unlock your phone right now. If that doesn't work then I would restore and Jailbreak/Unlock using blackra1n/blacksn0w, then put your last backup from iTunes on your phone to get all your stuff back on.
