Serious Help Needed.

Ok I have searched and searched and searched..

I bought a used iphone off of ebay.. it was not unlocked or jailbroken, and it was used on ATT... I have ATT and when the phone came in I slapped my sim card in, it says "Slide for Emergency" .. after some thought, I said ok.. Ill try to jailbreak and unlock this deal. Did both, with BlackSnow or something. Worked great, phone goes in to functionality and I can use everything. Except I can not make calls, receive texts, or anything else. I would like to know how to fix. Thank you.

alright....did you use Blackra1n? What firmware are you on? What type of device do you have? (ipod/iphone/2g/3g etc) what type of computer did you use? I think that you did not activate the phone when you jailbroke it because that usually results in the phone portion not working.....you don't have an iPhone plan so you would have had to tell the phone to activate itself for it to work with your un-iPhone sim

Yes i used Blackrain, 3.1.4? firmware I believe... also i have iphone 2g, Not sure I had an option to activate it when I did it. hmmmm

mac or windows?? u wouldn't have had the option in blackra1n

ok....im gunna make you a custom ipsw and you can upload it...just so you know 2g's have some trouble with blackra1n....i've seen it work on some but then certain features won't work like on one it wouldn't import contacts, on another the texts would send, just different stuff....I'll upload for you when I'm done....
