Ok. I have an AT&T LG Xenon which is fully working in all ways. If I take out the SIM Card fromm my LG Xenon and put it into the iPhone, will I be able to use the iPhone's Cellular Data Network, or do I need bootneuter to unlock it first?

The sim card will work, but you will need to add the data package or they will do it for you.

yes, data isn't free

iphone or no iphone, if you want to use data, you need a data plan.

Now if the LG has a data plan, then yes it will work on the iPhone. (only for a short time, until they catch you)

So is there ANY way i can get free Internet on the iPhone, whether it is 3G/Edge or whatever. I need INTERNET to download cydia apps.

A sim is a sim no matter what phone it goes into or comes from. They will see that your are using an iPhone becuase of the IMEI. There is no way to use free data on cellular phones. You can turn off all the data stuff to possibly last a tiny bit longer before they catch you and put a data plan on your bill, but it will come eventually. With all data turned off you can still use it on wifi to download stuff.
